Overview

Precision Callers uses SMS only for one-to-one communication related to appointment scheduling and follow-up after a direct interaction with the individual.

We do not use SMS for unsolicited bulk marketing. Messages are limited to scheduling-related communication connected to the individual’s request.

Important: SMS messages are only sent after the individual has directly engaged with us and provided permission to receive scheduling-related text messages.

How Consent Is Collected

  1. An individual initiates contact by responding to a mailer, calling in, or otherwise requesting information or assistance.
  2. A live agent speaks directly with that individual regarding the request.
  3. During that live interaction, the agent asks whether the individual would like to receive SMS messages for scheduling-related communication.
  4. SMS messages are sent only after the individual provides explicit permission.
  5. If permission is not provided, no SMS messages are sent.

Recipients may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, recipients may reply HELP.

Mobile Information

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
